U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos Addresses 17th National TAP Conference
U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos welcomes attendees of the 17th National TAP Conference and commends them for their efforts to make classroom teaching the centerpiece of their schools to educate all students.
"TAP is a powerful example of what can be done when strong classroom instruction is the focus of efforts to strengthen school performance and improve student outcomes," DeVos says.
