Karen is an NIET Senior Specialist for the West Team and lives in Phoenix, Arizona. Karen has extensive educational experience including that of a classroom teacher, instructional coach, technology coach, TAP master teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Karen has also served as an adjunct professor in the education department at Arizona State University and as a Project Director for the Arizona K12 Center at Northern Arizona University where she oversaw a statewide Mentoring and Induction Program and supported teachers as they worked to achieve National Board Certification.
