In his keynote address to the 17th National TAP Conference, NIET Chairman and TAP Founder Lowell Milken discusses the importance of talented human capital to turn big ideas into realities. He then congratulates G.W. Carver Primary School for doing just that and earning the 2017 TAP Founder's Award.
