Diane Diane Woodworth

Superintendent, Goshen Community Schools, Indiana

Diane Woodworth began her teaching career as a math teacher at Northridge High School in Middlebury, Indiana. While at Northridge, Woodworth supplemented her Bachelor of Arts in math education from Goshen College with a Master of Arts in counseling and human development and a Principal Licensure from Indiana University South Bend. She served Northridge as a math teacher, guidance counselor, director of student services, and assistant principal. 

Woodworth joined Goshen Community Schools in 2005 as the assistant superintendent for human resources and educational services. She earned her Ph.D. in educational leadership from Purdue University in 2007, and has served the district as superintendent for the past five years. Over her years in education, Woodworth has recognized many times by her peers for her dedication to public education and lifelong learning.
