Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I am passionate about working for NIET because I saw firsthand how impactful its systems are for developing teachers and teacher leaders to more effectively serve their students. As a TAP Master Teacher, NIET equipped me with the tools and practices that led to better results for teachers and students throughout our school district. I am excited to facilitate that experience and growth in other systems and empower them through the vast network of tools and knowledge that NIET has amassed to give our students the greatest chance for success.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy staying active, reading, traveling, and making as many happy memories with my family as possible. We love to take road trips to national parks, monuments, and memorials, and experience our beautiful and diverse country.
