Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I am passionate about building the capacity of educators (and school leaders) to implement instructional best practices to impact student achievement. This is the role that I was able to do when I was a principal and now I am able to continue this work with a great organization that keeps this at the forefront.

What do you do in your free time?

In my spare time, I love to play and go on adventures with my strong-willed daughter, Journee.
