NIET Director of School Services Laura Roussel is joined by Louisiana Master Teachers Amy Crain (Ascension Parish), and Ronda Johnson and Natalie Klibert (Jefferson Parish) to discuss what professional learning "cluster" sessions or professional learning communities can look and sound like in a virtual environment. They walk through how to pick the right technology, address teachers' most pressing needs, engage in follow-up and support, and establish norms. "Clusters are where we support teachers," says Roussel, "no matter if we are brick-and-mortar or virtual."
