TAP Connect, a partnership between Texas Tech University's Tech Teach program and the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, is taking applications due by December 1, 2016. It offers the "Grow Your Own" teacher preparation program as well as advanced certificate training to help current and future teachers improve student achievement.
