Amanda Culver is an experienced instructional coach and educator specializing in early literacy, systems-level improvement, and leadership development. With a strong background supporting Title I schools and English Learners, she brings a data-driven, values-based approach to developing teachers and sustainable practices. Amanda holds a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Indiana University, a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as advanced credentials in Early Literacy and Administration. Passionate about growing leaders, she also holds a Specialization in Organizational Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School. She recently served on Stanford University’s K-12 Future of Educators Working Group.
Currently serving as the Community Coach for the Perry Township Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program at UIndy, she seeks to connect students with authentic learning experiences through a project-based learning approach in collaboration with industry partners and local entrepreneurs. She is committed to ensuring all students learn and grow, believing that a strong education can transform lives. Her mission is to expand students’ opportunities and empower them with the skills they need to thrive in life.
