Carin Hart
Academic Instructional Coach, Carol G. Peck School
Alhambra Elementary School District
Arizona
Carin Hart is an Academic Instructional Coach in the Alhambra Elementary School District in Glendale, Arizona. With 21 years of experience in education, she has dedicated her career to helping educators and students recognize their potential and believe in what is possible.
Throughout her career, Carin has served students and educators in a variety of roles, including teaching grades 2–12 with a specialization in mathematics, serving as an assistant principal, and currently supporting teachers and instructional leaders as an academic coach. These experiences have shaped her belief that meaningful and lasting student success begins by building the capacity and confidence of the educators who serve them.
Carin’s passion for leadership and continuous learning extends beyond her campus and district. As a 2026 NIET Fellow, she deepened her work around teacher leadership, instructional coaching, and creating learning environments where both educators and students take ownership of their growth. She is honored to continue that work as a member of the NIET Educator Advisory Board, collaborating with educators and leaders to strengthen teaching and learning.
A lifelong learner herself, Carin believes growth is never finished. Her “why” is simple but deeply rooted in everything she does: to empower educators to empower students, helping them recognize their strengths, find confidence in their abilities, and know that success is possible.
