Dr. Brandi Clay is a distinguished and innovative leader in education, with extensive experience in teaching, leadership, and program development. For over a decade, Dr. Clay has worked as an instructional leader in Title 1 schools. Her strengths include curriculum design, teacher training, and development, as well as leading educational and community outreach projects alongside academic boards and community partners. Driven by a commitment to enhancing educational quality for all students, Dr. Clay actively addresses the systemic challenges facing today’s educational landscape by supporting educators, implementing personalized learning goals and plans, and promoting restorative practices to improve the whole child. Dr. Clay's commitment to education and youth development has garnered her numerous awards and recognition both locally and nationally. She travels across the country as a presenter, sharing valuable educational research at various educational and physiology conferences to improve the educational experience for all students.
When Dr. Clay is not working, she enjoys supporting her alma maters, Dillard University and Baylor University, traveling, shopping, and serving the community with her beloved sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
