Throughout her career in education, she has found the greatest fulfillment in coaching educators, developing instructional capacity, and creating systems that lead to continuous improvement.

Over the past ten years in higher education and teacher preparation, Genelda has worked alongside teacher candidates, Mentor Teachers, and campus leaders to strengthen instructional practices through coaching, data analysis, professional learning, and meaningful feedback. These experiences have reinforced her belief that when educators receive intentional support, they become more effective, more confident, and better equipped to meet the diverse needs of their students.

For Genelda, joining NIET is more than a career move; it is an opportunity to continue serving her passion for education by helping educators reach their full potential and, ultimately, improving outcomes for every student they serve.
