Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I am passionate about working at NIET because it provides an opportunity to expand my impact beyond a single school by supporting more school leaders, teachers, and students. I believe every student deserves access to high-quality instruction, and I am committed to helping educators implement research-based, best instructional practices that lead to meaningful student achievement. Through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement, I look forward to helping build the capacity of educators so that every classroom provides students with the highest quality education.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy getting lost in a good suspense novel, spending quality time with my husband and our two sons, teaching Bible study, and singing. These activities help me stay grounded, strengthen my faith and relationships, and bring balance to both my personal and professional life.
