Sheba Pugh began her teaching career in the 2017-2018 school year teaching 8th grade Science in the Caddo Parish School District. Shortly after, she moved to teaching 6th grade science and became a mentor teacher in the 2018-2019 school year. Sheba served in the mentor capacity for two years, supporting science and social studies teachers. She then became a master teacher in 2020, where she currently works with all content area teachers. Sheba is a master teacher at Fair Park Preparatory Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she enjoys working along with administrators, and four mentor teachers. She is very passionate about the success of Caddo Parish’s children and stands firm in being an advocate for both students and teachers. Sheba loves working with others in brainstorming ideas and developing instructional strategies that will help aid in the success of their students.
