Employment

NIET comprises a diverse staff of educators, researchers and policy experts, who work together with our state, university, district and school partners to build educator excellence.

Our team holds five core values central to our work supporting educators to provide opportunities for all students: excellence, teamwork, enthusiasm, agility and a focus on student outcomes.

We believe in the potential of all students to reach high levels of academic achievement. We are unwaveringly student-centered in our decision-making and prioritize the needs of students as we work in states, universities, districts, schools and classrooms.
