Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I love that NIET believes that every child deserves the best teacher possible in order to have the greatest impact on student learning. It is this belief that grounds my daily work—helping each and every teacher I have the opportunity to work with be the best for their students.

What was your favorite subject in school and why?

My favorite subject in school was (no shock) reading. I remember my high school science teacher always checking to make sure I was reading the correct book since I would often sneak a novel into class. This love continues today. There is always something new to learn in a book.

What accomplishment are you most proud of through your work at NIET?

I am excited about the depth and quality of our work. A great deal of our time each week is spent in schools working side by side with administrators and teachers and this is evident in the quality of our training and coaching support.
