Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I am passionate about NIET because I have experienced its impact for over a decade as both a teacher and an administrator. Its structure centers on helping students achieve academic success and expand their postsecondary options by strengthening instructional practice. Supporting and developing teachers is one of the most powerful ways to ensure students have access to high-quality learning experiences, and NIET’s focus on evidence-based instruction and meaningful support is something I know works because I’ve seen it in action.

What do you do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy needlework and sewing. I have learned that these hobbies help me slow down and remain present for myself, my friends, and my family.
