Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I am passionate about working at NIET because its mission aligns deeply with my own belief that teacher effectiveness is the most powerful driver of student success. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how intentional support through coaching, talent development, and aligned instructional practices can transform both teaching and learning. NIET’s focus on improving classroom instruction, building educator capacity, and driving systemic change resonates with my experience and values. I’m inspired by the organization’s data-driven approach and its commitment to equity, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful professional development that helps educators and school leaders reach their full potential.

What was your favorite subject in school and why?

Reading was my favorite subject in school because it allowed me to explore new worlds, ideas, and perspectives beyond my own experience. I loved how books could transport me to different times and places while also helping me understand people and emotions in deeper ways. Reading strengthened my imagination, improved my vocabulary, and sparked my curiosity to keep learning. It wasn’t just about stories, it was about discovering knowledge and seeing the world through someone else’s eyes.
