Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I am passionate about working at NIET because it provides me the opportunity to support administrators and instructional leaders to grow teachers and in turn help those teachers to grow all students. NIET's mission to build educator excellence to give all students the opportunity for success is directly aligned to my philosophy, affording me the leverage to identify educational needs, develop a support plan, and measure its impact on students.

What do you do in your free time?

With my free time, I enjoy creating memories with my sons, watching movies, and traveling to new places.
