Kathleen (Kat) Deleon has spent over half of her professional career in instructional leadership roles prior to joining NIET.
She knows firsthand the benefits of having strategic and intentional support as she started as a TAP career teacher in her first year of teaching. Kat was able to carry the expertise gained as a Master Teacher into her work as a campus administrator. As a campus leader she dedicated her time to strengthening instructional practices and supporting teacher growth in order to increase student achievement.
