Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

NIET is a research-based, tried and tested partnership that truly works with teachers and leaders to create an environment that is best for students. Every child deserves a high-quality educational experience regardless of their background, school location, or needs.  NIET focuses on supporting schools by using their strengths as leverage to improve instruction. I have seen NIET work in my home district and with my own students. I want to help share that wealth of information outside of my home district.

What do you do in your free time?

Free time is family time. We enjoy traveling, camping, and being outside. Anytime we can unplug and enjoy hiking, sitting out by a lake or beach, or traveling to experience something new is a favorite.
