Why are you passionate about working at NIET?

I’m passionate about working at NIET because it gives me the opportunity to contribute to something bigger than day-to-day operations—supporting educators and improving student outcomes across the country. I believe strong education systems are the foundation of strong communities, and NIET’s mission aligns closely with that belief. In my role, I’m able to support the internal processes and teams that help make that impact possible. Knowing that the work we do ultimately helps teachers succeed in the classroom and students reach their full potential is incredibly motivating. It’s meaningful to be part of an organization that is focused on making a real, lasting difference in education.

What was your favorite subject in school and why?

My favorite subject in school was history because it helped me understand how past events, leadership decisions, and innovations shape the world we live in today. I enjoyed seeing how everything is connected and how lessons from the past can influence present-day thinking and future outcomes. It gave me a broader perspective and strengthened my ability to think critically about challenges and decisions.
