Tiffaney comes to NIET after spending over a decade in Louisiana's Rapides Parish Schools, where she started her career as a fourth grade math teacher. She then went on to serve in several leadership capacities including teacher leader, Master Teacher and dean of students. In these roles, she helped lead schools serving pre-K through eighth grade to substantial growth. Tiffaney has had the opportunity to support teachers, teacher leaders and principals within the multiple roles that she has served. Her passion for increased student achievement has inspired her current professional goal of ensuring that highly effective teachers are present in all classrooms.

Tiffaney earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and Master of Arts from Louisiana College.
